Graduation Cap & Rental Gown
If you are interested in renting Graduation Regalia, that can be done through the UManitoba Gaspard website. Included in the package is Rental Gown, Rental hood, Souvenir Cap & Tassel. The package costs $45 and is available for pick-up or delivery. Delivery costs an additional $40.
Gowns and hoods must be returned within 2 weeks of the pick-up date, caps & tassels are not to be returned. Additionally, you may purchase a cap & tassel separately for $7.50 + tax. This is the latest information we have received about rentals of caps and gowns, but you can reach out to the U of M directly if you have any further questions, since these are handled by the U of M. The reservations can be done here.
Graduation Dinner
Join us in honoring the incredible accomplishments of our graduating students at this year’s Fall and Winter Graduation events.
Fall Graduation will be held at the Radisson Hotel (date to be announced) and includes students who have declared graduation in Summer and Fall 2025 terms.
Winter Graduation will take place at The Metropolitan Entertainment Centre (date to be announced) and includes students who have declared graduation in the Winter 2026 term.
The evening will feature:
- A four-course, gala-style dinner
- A speech from your valedictorian
- Toasts from esteemed faculty members
- And much more to make this night truly unforgettable

Graduation Photos
Graduation photos for students graduating in the Winter 2025 term will take place March 4-7th and April 1-4th. The Grad & Alumni Coordinators will be sending the booking information to the graduating students list from the dean’s office as soon as the information becomes available.
