The CSA President is an elected position. This individual oversees the CSA Council and sits on many external committees. Additionally, the CSA President works with the Dean's Office and UMSU to better serve the students of the Asper School of Business.
The Vice President of Operations is an elected position. This individual is second-in-command beside the President. The VPO's role is to oversee the many large-scale events and communications. This individual also sits on external committees with the President.
The Vice President of Finance works closely with the controller to perform the CSA's daily accounting functions. The VPF ensures financial viability and sustainability of the council, with the primary goal being to ensure that there is ample cash to run the CSA's events and services.
The Vice President of Corporate Relations oversees a team of Managers of Corporate Relations that bridge the gap between Asper students and the business community. The VPCR along with the CSA president choose the annual Honorary President.
The Vice President of Programming is responsible for overseeing the Commerce Socials Programmers, Charity Campaign co-chairs, Grad organizers and Sports representatives. In addition, the VPP is directly responsible for Buddy Day, the Commerce Students' Association retreat and other events that CSA takes part in during the year.
The Vice President of Student Services is responsible for overseeing the Professional Development Coordinators, Student Relations Coordinators, Alumni Relations Coordinator, International Communications, and The Commerce Week Co-Chairs.
The Vice President of Marketing and Communications ensures that the students at the Asper School of Business are well aware of the events and volunteer opportunities promoted by the Commerce Students' Association. The VPM oversees the execution of all marketing campaigns throughout the year.
